The Consumer Services organization is responsible for bringing all web3 services to Ledger users, so a user can safely buy, swap or sell its crypto from Ledger Live. However, Ledger isn’t an exchange and will never be. Instead, we’re partnering with service providers whose job it is to provide exchange services, the goal being to create a one-stop shop for everything crypto.

If you’re passionate about crypto, DeFi and staking, have an opinion between decentralized exchanges and centralized exchanges, or are a weekend crypto trader, this role is for you.

The mission

Establish a yearly roadmap strategy in collaboration with your business owner and product director
Understand protocols and work with architecture team to define the best options to integrate new partners and technologies within Ledger stack
Ensure security compliance of our integrations by collaborating with Donjon
Translate product requirements into clear deliverable
Deliver and maintain a high level of quality software across the whole stack you own
Manage relations with partners, accompany them into their integration in collaboration with Technical Integration Manager and other relevant Tech leads
Develop standardization of our platform to ease partner and new protocol integration
Coordinate partners and internals roadmaps to minimize the time to market
Promote best practices and provide mentoring to your team

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in web application development
Significant experience with React, Vercel, Next
Experience with Scala or JS/TS
2+ years of experience in managing/leading technical teams
Experience with continuous integration / deployment solutions
Having an interest in cryptocurrencies and wishing to work with blockchain technology is a real plus
Enthusiastic about teamwork, learning and teaching (meet-ups, hackathons, training …)
