We are seeking a skilled and proactive Third-Party Applications Administrator to join our dynamic Sales & Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and some related experience in managing third-party applications. A Salesforce Administrator certification and experience working in an Agile environment are highly desirable. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless integration, functionality, and optimization of our GTM Systems to support business operations and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain third-party applications, including but not limited to Hoopla, RingLead, ZI SalesOS, Outreach, etc, ensuring optimal performance and user access.
  • Perform regular system audits, prepare for upgrades, and implement necessary updates to enhance system functionality and security.
  • Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate third-party applications with Salesforce and other systems.
  • Work with external vendors and service providers to implement and support third-party applications.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows within the Agile framework.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on third-party applications and Salesforce functionalities.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related queries and issues.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certifications desired, (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Experience in administering and managing Salesforce Sales & Services Cloud and/orother third-party applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of CRM best practices and strategies for customer relationship management.
  • Strong skills in creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce to analyze business metrics and performance.
  • Understanding of business process management (BPM) and the ability to design and implement automated workflows.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday, or Asana.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs for end-users and administrators.
  • Ability to create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and process documentation
