Position Summary:

Trulioo, a leader in digital identity verification, is seeking a seasoned System Administrator to enhance our IT infrastructure and support our global operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in learning and optimizing a hybrid Mac/PC environment and cloud infrastructures. As part of our dynamic IT team, you'll ensure our systems' security, availability, and performance. You will also collaborate and support teams around the globe.

What you'll be doing:

Administer Google Workspace, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, and AWS, ensuring security and efficiency.
Administer a hybrid Mac/PC environment, supporting operating systems across the board.
Utilize Jamf for comprehensive Mobile Device Management and administration within the Apple ecosystem.
Employ Microsoft Intune for the management and security of mobile devices and applications.
Leverage Crowdstrike for robust endpoint protection and maintain security operations.
Maintain and patch Amazon Web Services (AWS) IT infrastructure.
Assist users with account setup, login issues, and provide guidance for both onboarding and offboarding tasks.
Set up and ensure the smooth operation of Zoom meetings for the company.
Resolve Helpdesk tickets efficiently, providing top-notch support to users.

You have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in system administration or similar roles, with a proven track record of managing hybrid environments and cloud platforms.
Deep understanding of Mac and PC operating systems, network administration, and security best practices.
Proficiency in Cisco Meraki, Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Crowdstrike, and AWS.
Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CCNA) are highly desirable.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
