About the Role

As a ServiceNow Developer joining the Infrastructure Software Development team you can help shape the future of ServiceNow Implementation at Twitch. You will help in maintaining and enhancing our CMDB, create automations and workflows, get teams onboarded to the platform and ensure that the existing user base has the best possible experience. You will also work on our Service Portal and create intuitive and engaging User Experiences. You will report to the System Development Manager of the team.

You will work in Salt Lake City, UT.

You Will:

• Develop, test and deploy code and configurations in the ServiceNow Platform.
• Advocate for best practices and do peer code reviews.
• Participate in documentation efforts for newer and existing functionality.
• Create solutions with a focus on clear usability and data integrity.
• Collaborate with other teams in Infrastructure Software Development Group to implement hybrid solutions.

You Have:

• 4+ years of ServiceNow Development Experience
• Experience with CMDB & Asset Management
• Experience with Integrations and Service Portal Development
• Experience working in Scrum / Agile set up
• A Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Bonus Points

• Experience in AWS, Golang, Python, Postgres
• Experience in Networking
