• Develop and Maintain Applications:
  Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using vanilla JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
  Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Lead Testing Efforts:
  Write and execute unit and integration tests using React Testing Library and Jest to guarantee application stability and reliability.
• Enhance Build Processes:
  Leverage build tools such as Webpack and manage dependencies with PNPM/NPM.
• Mentor Junior Engineers:
  Provide guidance to junior staff engineers, fostering technical growth and promoting best practices.
• Optimize CI/CD Pipelines:
  Streamline build and deployment processes to ensure efficient and timely releases.

• Technical Expertise:
  Proven experience with vanilla JavaScript, React, and TypeScript (ES6/ES7), along with modern HTML and CSS practices.
• Testing Proficiency:
  Demonstrated experience with React Testing Library and Jest for creating and executing reliable tests.
• Build and Deployment Knowledge:
  Familiarity with tools like Webpack and modern dependency management systems such as PNPM/NPM.
• Collaboration Skills:
  Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to work effectively in a team and mentor others.
• Agile Mindset:
  Experience working within Agile frameworks, particularly SCRUM, and using tools like Jira for project management.
