Role Overview:

You don’t just design systems, you shape how businesses sell, scale, and succeed. As a Sales Cloud Solution Architect, you’ll lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture, driving high-impact CRM solutions across quoting, CPQ, AI-powered automation, and customer lifecycle management. You’ll work hands-on with stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable, integrated solutions, while influencing strategy, improving data flows, and embedding AI into go-to-market processes. If you thrive in enterprise architecture, system integration, and building high-performance Salesforce ecosystems—this is where you make your mark.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do:

  • Design and deliver scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud architectures, covering CPQ, automation, and customer lifecycle workflows.
  • Lead end-to-end solution design, from requirements gathering through to deployment and optimization.
  • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms (ERP, data warehouses, middleware) using APIs and tools like MuleSoft or Boomi
  • Drive AI and automation initiatives across sales and commercial operations to improve efficiency and insights.
  • Define data models, governance standards, and best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Mentor developers and admins while guiding cross-functional teams through successful delivery

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Architect with deep expertise in Sales Cloud
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations in complex, integrated environments.
  • Solid knowledge of CPQ, CLM, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), and CRM process design
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, automation (Flows, Apex), and platform architecture best practices
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and influence senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills

It would be great if you had these too, but we’ll support you if you don’t:

  • Experience with Einstein AI, Agentforce, or AI-driven Salesforce features
  • Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, System Architect)
  • Exposure to tools like Snowflake, NetSuite, or modern data platforms
  • Experience with LWC, Visualforce, or advanced Apex development
  • Background in data governance, analytics, or master data management
