Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Serverless Compute team to evolve our products while addressing major challenges in scalability, resilience, and security within a multi-tenant environment.
Your mission will be to develop backend services and maintain cloud infrastructure in order to support large-scale growth, improve system reliability, and reduce operational complexity through automation.
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.
You will be part of a team of 6 people, including a Tech Lead and an Engineering Manager. The team is divided into two sub-squads; you will specifically join the sub-team of 2 people dedicated to the Serverless Jobs product. You will also collaborate frequently with other product teams and SREs.

Tasks
Develop backend services using Go
Design and orchestrate complex workflows using Temporal
Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Packer
Maintain applications deployed on Kubernetes via FluxCD
Evolve and maintain CI/CD pipelines on GitLab
Perform code reviews and participate in daily meetings to co-build technical solutions
Handle production management rotations and manage support escalations
Contribute to the automation and standardization of distributed systems
Mentor junior profiles and share technical knowledge with the team
Collaborate on cross-functional projects to ensure architectural consistency
HARDSKILLS:
Solid experience in backend development with Go (ideally 5+ years of experience)
Strong proficiency with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Packer)
Expertise in CI/CD automation and GitOps tools (GitLab CI, FluxCD)
Experience building and scaling distributed systems (resilience, retries, latency management)
