The Opportunity:

As a Software Development Engineer 3, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product. You'll have the unique opportunity to lead and mentor a module and a team, driving them toward excellence while championing a culture of innovation and collaboration.

This role gives you the opportunity to think outside the box and be creative. At the end of the day, you will be writing performant code and will be collaborating with product, engineering, and design leaders to ensure that not only are we solving the problem in the right way, but that we are solving the right problem as well.

What You Will Do as a Software Development Engineer III (Frontend) :

Deep understanding of Javascript (ES6) and of at least one test framework
Curious to learn new things and adopt new standards.
Building easy-to-maintain reusable code and libraries for future use and optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
Experience in building at least one front-end application using ReactJS / Angular App (> 4) from scratch.
Good understanding of webpack, CSS preprocessors, react-redux architecture, and redux-saga.
Understanding of network layer, HTTP, HTTPS, cookies, and local storage
Strong problem-solving skills and strong command of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and other computer science fundamentals.
Understanding of design frameworks, and UX patterns for web
Manage and mentor a team of budding front-end engineers.

Who you are:

Overall 6-10 years of Experience in web Development and at least 6 - 9 years' experience in ReactJS Library.
You're someone who has demonstrated experience in developing tools, complex frontends, and infrastructures.
You're structured and creative enough to solve most challenging problems independently, given the necessary knowledge.
You learn new concepts and skills rapidly, and love to nerd out.
Ability to think strategically and implement with excellence.
A startup mindset - An athlete who can run at the breakneck speed of a startup, yet someone who can bring method to madness through processes suitable for different stages of the company - early stage prototyping and rapid experimentation, before product/market fit, after product/market fit, and scaling.

About the Team:

The team consists of sharp engineers with 8-2 years of experience. A couple of engineers have been with the company for more than 2 years and have been part of this great journey where the company and systems have evolved dramatically.
