YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Software Engineer with full-stack agile software development skills to help us grow our business by writing code for some of the biggest brands in the world, scale-ups and future industry leaders, and set a new standard for high-quality, high-profile projects. You will be working as part of an elite three-person Fireteam with other sharp, skilled coders who know how to do top-notch, innovative work in record time to help our customers solve their most vexing technical problems.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have designed and implemented systems that are used in large cloud scale production environments.
• You have hands-on work experience with Native Cloud Development using Azure (this includes building scalable architectures using managed services).
• You have excellent technical skills and relevant experience on C# (.NET), and any other language like Go, Java (using Spring/SpringBot) with hands-on experience building microservices (including Docker and Kubernetes) and RESTful APIs. Hands-on work experience with unit testing frameworks and tools is a must.
• You have good technical expertise and hands-on experience using front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue (Javascript/Typescript), and backend server development with NodeJs. Using cross-platform frameworks such as React-Native and Flutter would be a plus.
• Field experience applying DevOps principles and developing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Terraform, Pulumi or similars, and experience with automation & configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef), good knowledge of database management would be a plus.
• Knowledge and hands-on work experience with any other languages like C++, Python, Ruby would be a plus.
• Experience with AWS and GCP (not only Virtual Machines usage, but other managed services) would be a plus.
• Experience building ETL pipelines and working on Big Data projects using relevant tools and platforms, such as Spark and Databricks would be a plus.
• You are familiar with community standards, code guidelines and design patterns, applying them to solve complex problems and recommend solutions.
• You can lead highly complex programming tasks and provide code reviews for your team.
• Experience working as technical liaison with customers is a must, having an excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• You have experience mentoring junior to senior software engineers.
• You have a computer science degree or relevant professional experience.
• You should to be based in CDMX as you might need to visit customers.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
