As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Shopify Platform Expert to join our team. 

We are looking for a Shopify Platform Expert who will play a crucial role in configuring and optimizing various aspects of the Shopify platform for our team and our clients. This role involves a deep understanding of Shopify’s functionalities including payment gateways, shipping and logistics, report creation, and other key features. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, a communicator, and a Shopify enthusiast, capable of tailoring solutions to diverse e-commerce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and manage Shopify payment systems, ensuring secure and efficient transaction processing.

- Set up and optimize shipping and logistics within Shopify, including integration with external carriers and rate calculations.

- Assist in creating and customizing reports and analytics to help clients understand their business performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify configurations.

- Conduct training sessions for our team and clients on how to effectively use Shopify’s features.

- Stay updated with the latest Shopify updates and features and advise on implementation strategies.

- Collaborate with the development team to integrate third-party applications and plugins.

- Offer technical support and consultation to clients regarding the Shopify platform.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and provide tailored Shopify solutions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Shopify expert or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of all aspects of the Shopify platform, including payments, shipping, reporting, and customization.

- Experience with Shopify’s API and third-party integrations.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and training skills.

- Working knowledge of english
