  • Solution Design: Collaborate with IT teams (architecture, business systems, and engineering) to design and recommend effective low-code, bot, and automation solutions that align with business requirements and technical feasibility.
  • Implementation Support: Provide support during the implementation of automation solutions, including requirements gathering, testing, and user training.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions, identify areas for optimization, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of automation concepts, including low-code platforms, RPA, AI, and ML.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
