As a Senior Software Engineering Manager for Engine Productivity, you will have tremendous leverage. Your team will create systems to ensure high reliability for Engine releases, which will accelerate development of Roblox's core binary. That, in turn, empowers our global community of 2M+ developers to push the boundaries of interactive gaming worldwide. Your work will unify test automation, QA, automated testing in 3D simulated environments, and a novel crowd-sourced testing ecosystem. If you enjoy creativity, ambiguity, exercising a broad range of technical and social skills, and working with experienced and passionate engineers to create something new, you will be right at home on our Engine Productivity team. You will report to the Director of Engine Productivity.
This role is Hybrid and requires three days per week in our San Mateo headquarters.
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
