Senior Software Engineer - UI

Your Role
You will join us at Celigo’s CloudExtend team whose mission is to supercharge enterprise user productivity. CloudExtend products uniquely meld best of breed enterprise systems with ubiquitous consumer applications with a strong focus on user experience and deep insightful integration. You will play a significant role in redefining how businesses from Fortune 500s to small boutiques experience and interact with cloud systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Google, Microsoft 365, Slack, and more.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing user interfaces for our CloudExtend productivity apps
• Collaborate with UX designers, translate wireframes and mockups into responsive and interactive user interfaces
• Write clean, reusable, testable and efficient code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks suchas Angular, NgRx, RxJs
• Ensure UI components and elements are consistent across the application and adhere to design guidelines.  

• Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end interfaces  
• Identify and address potential bottlenecks, issues, and areas for improvement in the UI layer. 
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Optimize application performance and loading times to provide a smooth user experience. 
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UI development to continuously enhance the product's front-end capabilities
• Develop interfaces that are responsive and compatible across various devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UI Development Manager / Technical Lead to drive technical initiatives and improvements within the UI team.

 

 

All candidates applying should have

• Proven experience of 3-5 years as a UI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI projects 
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular is required. 
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) and the ability to interpret design mockups.
• Experience using distributed version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of UI testing frameworks and methodologies
• Familiarity with UX principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers
