Jobs for Developers

Senior Software Engineer (Python+React+Typescript+AWS)

Apply for this job

Here’s a summary of the role:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team and take on meaningful technical challenges. You will work on features end-to-end, helping build the foundation of our next-generation SaaS platform that makes compliance simple and powerful for our global customers.

In this role, you will primarily work with Python, React, TypeScript, AWS, and modern AI technologies to build scalable applications and intelligent product capabilities. As AI capabilities become core to our products, you will lead the development of AI-enabled features alongside traditional software development, including building integration layers that connect AI services to existing applications and designing advanced AI-powered workflows.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Lead the design and implementation of backend microservices using Python and AI integration infrastructure (MCP servers, orchestration layers, API gateways)
  • Develop scalable full-stack applications using Python, React, and TypeScript
  • Design and implement AI-powered features, including advanced RAG systems, agentic workflows, and multi-step reasoning pipelines
  • Build integration layers connecting AI capabilities to existing SaaS applications
  • Work with AWS cloud services to architect and deploy scalable, production-ready systems
  • Establish AI engineering best practices, security patterns, and quality standards
  • Lead technical initiatives from requirements through architecture, development, and production deployment
  • Make critical architectural decisions balancing performance, scalability, cost, and maintainability
  • Design AI evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks for production AI systems
  • Debug and resolve complex production issues across both traditional and AI-powered systems

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
