What the role involves
- Prioritize and manage workload the new requests & backlog.
- Scope out the Profile, Permissions, and user access on inside salesforce.
- Work with functional consultants and business groups to identify the next big thing and what that costs in time, money and other resources.
- Manage and Maintain the Salesforce Platform on both the Frontend & Backend.
- Clean up tech debt in current Salesforce Org.
Requirements
- Ability to monitor and manage Salesforce governor limits and API requests.
- Past experience in proactively engage with stakeholders to identify and address complex business challenges.
- Design, develop, and implement strategic automations and integrations, with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
- You crafted solutions for business operations, considering multiple implementation strategies.
- You possess strong communication skills, ability to explain your decisions to the team in written and spoken English (C1).
- You worked closely with multiple departments to understand the pain points & scope a technical solution.
- Uou are a good team player who is able to manage stakeholders expectations.
- Tools Needed: Salesforce, Apex, Salesforce Flow, API integration tools, and familiarity with external systems like NetSuite.
What happens next?
- Selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview with our People & Culture representative. The video meeting will take about 45 minutes.
- Then it’s time for a technical interview that will last 1-1,5h.
- Our C-level representative would also like to chat with you :) You can expect the meeting to last approximately 30-45 minutes.
- If successful, you will be given a job offer proposal.
