Scope of Role - 

 

The Salesforce Developer is primarily responsible for implementing enterprise wide technology solutions, creating Lightning Pages, APEX classes, test classes, visual force pages and debugging. The Salesforce Developer will manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while working in both an individual and a team capacity.

 

Key Responsibilities - 

 

  • Responsible for implementing enterprise wide technology solutions built on Salesforce.com platform
  • Responsible for creating Lightning Pages, APEX classes, test classes, visual force pages and debugging
  • Collaborates with delivery team members to maximize and leverage the understanding of business solution functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
  • Responsible for enhancing the current capabilities of various SFDC applications by leveraging out-of-box functionalities and building custom solutions to satisfy business needs
  • Responsible for adherence to best practices for SFDC custom development and deployment processes
  • Responsible for determining level of effort estimations, monitoring task execution and meeting established project milestones.
  • Responsible for maintenance releases and code deployments to SFDC orgs
  • Understanding of software development life cycle and agile development methodologies
  • Passion about technology, learning, and team environments

 

Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
  • 3-5 years of extensive Design and Development experience in salesforce.com
  • Business Analysis skills to understand the Business Problem and propose the best technical solution
  • Enterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications, with reports, workflow, working with several SFDC objects
  • Expertise in Apex, Visual force, Web Services, SOQL, SAQL, SASL, AJAX, XML, JavaScript and HTML.
  • Collaborates with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed function requirements.
