20 500 - 26 000 net PLN B2B

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Internal Automation team which is working on improving internal processes within the company. Currently, the team is focusing on the customer onboarding journey.

What the role involves

  • Researching and documenting solutions to business problems
  • Building secure, scalable, maintainable implementations using the right tool for the job
  • Implementing business and technical monitoring
  • Estimating work time effort
  • Leading individual projects from gathering requirements from English-speaking Stakeholders, through researching solutions, implementing them to getting the final sign-off from Stakeholders when the job is done
  • Proposing improvements to the platform, so we can have secure, scalable, maintainable solutions

Requirements

About you

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing scalable, testable and maintainable applications using PHP 8+, Symfony 6+, Doctrine ORM,
  • At least 2 years of experience creating schemas, writing efficient and debugging slow-performing queries in SQL databases (we’re mainly using PostgreSQL 15/16),
  • You have experience building technical and business monitoring using technologies like Grafana, New Relic, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Sentry,
  • You have experience with AWS SQS/SNS, Kafka, RabbitMQ,
  • You're able to do research and come up with a system design with a list of pros, cons, and trade-offs for each solution,
  • You can drive a conversation with English speaking Stakeholders, gather requirements, propose solutions, and decide on them together
  • You have previous experience in leading individual projects,
  • You're self-motived, proactive, methodical, and possess high attention to detail,
  • You can write and maintain a comprehensive documentation,
  • You take ownership of your work,
  • Previous experience with Salesforce is not a must but would be a big plus
  • An interest in developing applications in Golang would be an additional advantage.

What happens next?

  • Selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview with our Talent Acquisition representative. The video meeting will take about 45 minutes,
  • Then it’s time for a second interview! The meeting will be conducted by the team’s Tech Lead and our Senior PHP Software Engineer and will last about 75 minutes,
  • Our CTO and Head of Engineering would also like to chat with you :) You can expect the meeting to last approximately 45 minutes,
  • If successful, you will be given a job offer proposal.
