The Team
The team at PayU Innovation has developed deep user insights based on hundreds of millions of transactions in India. These digital insights have proven to be valuable in helping variety of businesses to grow and manage their customers better.
The role specifically focuses on working with top lenders in India and helping them grow their lending businesses via deep insights driven customer acquisition. These digital insights have proven to help lenders to acquire quality customers at scale.

The Opportunity:
· Engage with partner’s leadership team to clearly articulate the benefits of PayU’s alternate insights driven user acquisition and get senior level buy-ins.
· End-to-end lifecycle management of lenders from lead generation, to conducting proof of concept exercises, to commercial negotiations, technical integration & legal agreements.
· Strategise with internal teams – Marketing, Analytics, Product, operations to create right cohort-marketing strategy-journey for the lender to achieve revenue and profitability goals for the lending marketplace
· Work with lenders to share detailed feedback to further improve efficacy of PayU services to the partner
· Monitor business engagement with lender to identify and implement improvement to engagement with lender.
· Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and strategies
· Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, yearly business targets
Requirements to be successful in this role
· A degree in Business Administration or other similar quantitative field from a premier institute
· Should have 5+ year work experience in lending marketplace or digital partnerships at lenders.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
· Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and drive innovation
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
· Strong understanding of lending products, regulations, and market trends
· Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals
