•Primary responsibility will be working on proactive-reactive Incident/SR/changes related to Network and Network security technologies (Switching/Routing/Firewall/Load Balancer/Cloud) •Documenting knowledge articles for critical incident/change
•Will be accountable for meeting the delivery targets set by management
•Responsible for ensuring that delivery is within and better than prescribed SLA levels and help establish processes for continuous service improvement.
•Resolve incidents/problems/Changes according to established procedures
•Work proactively to ensure prompt resolution of support cases & the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction along with minimal production impact
•Work on Service improvement activities and completing it within the target dates.
•Providing automation solution to benefit network operations team.
•Strong knowledge in Switching technologies
•Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in working and troubleshooting cloud network •Good support knowledge on Wireless technologies.
•Hands on experience with Juniper, FortiGate and Sophos firewall and cloud (Azure & AWS) firewall on IPSEC & SSL VPN
•Migration Knowledge from old to new infrastructure
