We are now looking for a Senior JavaScript Frontend Engineer reporting to our Web Lead, Luka Isailovic, to use their multi-chain development experience and help us build out our AppKit!

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced & detail-oriented frontend developer to join our AppKit (Web3Modal) team to build out its multi-chain capabilities. This is your chance to define the future of crypto UX. Web3Modal is the most popular dapp SDK and supports millions of users with an ambitious roadmap.

What this involves:

• Work closely with our design team in the conceptualization & ideation of new products/features
• Think deeply about and deliver a compelling end-user UX
• Deliver software in TypeScript using web-components/React/NextJS/CSS
• Translate designs from Figma into modular, reusable and optimized UI components
• Extend the existing architecture of our AppKit to unlock usage of non-EVM blockchains
• Bring in your own ideas on how to make our products better
• Lead your own initiatives from ideation to delivery

Tech Stack: Typescript, React, NextJS, Figma, Solidity, ETH/Solana/etc.

Requirements

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience as frontend React developer
• Strong portfolio of delightful web applications
• Solid written/async and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, consistency and quality regarding your code
• Experience building out frontend/UI/UX for web3/blockchain related products
• Experience building across Non-EVM & EVM chains like Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, Bitcoin, Cosmos

Nice to have

• Domain experience in crypto is a plus
• Experience building and/or extending design systems is a plus
• Experience building framework agnostic tools is a plus
• Open source contributions are a plus
