Senior DevOps Engineer

Work with support teams to identify and implement automation in appropriate areas

Work closely with DevOps Architect to analyze, design, and review Architecture on Tools implementation, Build and Deploy automation and CICD

Proficient on the end-to-end release life-cycle and should able to individually drive docker rollout across environments

Ability to support & maintain different environments from development till production

Support Major and minor releases on time

Implement industry-standard tools and processes

Implement best practices for coding and deployments

POC of Tools, Techniques as desired

Building frameworks for platform and engineering team

Experience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins

Very good hand on experience in designing, and developing DevOps-enabled solutions.

Experience in Monitoring tools, especially in cloud computing infrastructure to support various products/applications

Significant experience with in Linux operating system environments in cloud Platform

Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and distributed networks.

Proactive technology problem solving and troubleshooting skills 

Strong scripting skills: Python, Bash, Ruby

Application containerization: Docker, Kubernetes

In-depth hands-on knowledge in implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment with Jenkins, Ansible, Spinnaker

Infrastructure as Code technologies: Terraform, Ansible

Strong hands-on knowledge of setting up production, staging and dev environments on AWS/Azure

Application delivery using Cloud services: Azure, AWS

Setup, manage, maintain the Cloud Services and tools.

Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies.

Excellent collaboration skills

Process-oriented with great documentation skills.

Strong verbal and written communications skills
