Senior Data Analyst, Broker at VTS

As a Senior Data Analyst, Broker, you will help us better understand how brokers use VTS and present that data for action. You will work closely with the Strategic Growth team and the Broker Success and Broker Activation teams to help answer business questions with data and insights.

You will work with and analyze a diverse range of structured and unstructured data and conduct data quality work. You will work closely with the product teams to influence the broker product experience and provide ongoing data analyst support for Broker Success and Broker Activation to build broker dashboards and visualizations to help drive broker adoption of the VTS platform.

To thrive in this role, you should have experience with data quality and validation in commercial real estate. Experience using database BI tools such as Looker or Tableau will be key.

Here’s what you can expect as a Senior Data Analyst, Broker:

Help answer business questions with data and insights by collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
Translate broker data into actionable insights and data visualizations including, dashboards and digital products
Develop deep domain expertise on our broker datasets, the underlying process, and behaviors through these datasets, and relationships with measurable economic phenomena and market trends
Conduct ongoing data quality work, and define improvements in the data collection process to ensure data integrity
Prepare artifacts such as dashboards, presentations, and reports and join client calls to help explain the data visualizations.
