As Sysdig scales its Customer Success Organisation, we are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated CS Ops Data Analyst to help build our organization.

As a Data Analyst you will play a critical role in the CS business intelligence efforts to build a top-notch data driven organisation. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining dashboards and reporting assets, as well as building relevant views to be ingested into our BI tools.

This is an individual contributor role, but the ability to drive projects to completion and lead sales-driven data needs will be a vital skill set. The ideal candidate will deliver fast and sustainable value to the business through effective data development. This role will also work cross-functionally with product operation leaders; a successful candidate should have strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, leading and partnering with other analysts and managers.

What you will do 

  • Developing PowerBI reporting and dashboards
  • Develop in-depth analysis of key data points and metrics
  • Create effective data development requirements and execute against them in different tools
  • Partner with cross functional teams in generating, capturing and cleaning new and existing data
  • Build SQL views on snowflake that can be used to consumed across the organization

What you will bring with you

  • 5+ years experience working with dashboard tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or others.
  • 3+ years experience working with DAX..
  • Excels at creating and presenting data stories to drive dashboard adoption
  • 3+ years experience developing SQL queries on tools such as Snowflake, AWS and other data lakes and tools
  • Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success tools like Gainsight or Vitally
