About the Role:


  • As  Sr. Business Analyst you would be responsible to identify opportunities for multifold business growth, understanding data solutions for business problems, improve customer experience, increase operational efficiency and reduce cost.

What you’ll be doing:

  • ·       Identify opportunities to grow the business multifold in the next 12 to 18 months.
  • ·       Demonstrate ability to gain deep insights into customer behavior based on segmentation and analysis of their performance data
  • ·       Identify right target segments for marketing and sales organizations based on potential life time value of customers
  • ·       Understand reasons for customer attrition and recommend treatments to improve retention
  • ·       Analyze the customer onboarding funnel and find key points of friction that can be eliminated using Data Sciences or other strategies
  • ·       Business Intelligence using Data Visualization and SQL, to derive insights and assist stakeholders to improve Business.
  • ·       Apply advanced statistical and predictive techniques to build, maintain, and improve on multiple decision systems.
  • ·       Utilize patterns and variations in the volume, speed and other characteristics of data for predictive analysis.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

  • ·       A degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar quantitative field from a premier institute
  • ·       Should have 4+ year work experience in analytics
  • ·       Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and execute complex analysis
  • ·       Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to function in a high volume setting with tight deadlines
  • ·       Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms.
  • ·       Experience in deriving insights and/or building machine learning in R/Python and SQL
  • ·       Should have technical & project execution experience
  • ·       Excellent stakeholder management skills and demonstrated focus for customer satisfaction
  • ·       High-energy individual with a go-getter instinct, positive attitude, promotes teamwork and knowledge-sharing
