Salesforce Administrator

Due to our continued success and growth, we are adding a Salesforce Administrator to our team. We want someone who is hard-working, self-motivated and who can understand our custom technology platforms quickly to join us and help drive our business forward.

Job Summary:

The Salesforce Administrator will join our Salesforce team and work with the Director of Salesforce Solutions in Dublin to execute the ongoing operational management, analysis and enhancement of our Salesforce CRM platform. LetsGetChecked uses Salesforce throughout the business, with the Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Customer Care, Clinical Care, Dispatch and Implementations teams the primary users. The successful candidate will have a record of success in managing requests across Sales and Service Cloud customisations, driving adoption by meeting use cases in a high growth environment and an enthusiasm to learn our other sales and service tools, policies and processes.

The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with business stakeholders from across the business, and be able to understand requirements in detail so they can be turned into work tickets. The candidate will be comfortable with development and deployment processes, including QA checks and ensuring UAT completion.

The Salesforce Administrator will work with a broad range of internal partners and will work closely with our technology and business teams. You will be flexible in your approach to work and responsive to the changing requirements of a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing experience
  • Assess and action all requests from Users consistent with the business roadmap, and with day-to-day operational updates
  • Maintenance of our Support portal sited in Jira - ticket management, SLA adherence
  • Manage integration of Salesforce with our other business systems – Pardot, SAP, Mulesoft, Amazon Connect and custom applications
  • Deployment of new features into our production environment
  • Work with Director of Salesforce Solutions and the Product Management team to gather requirements for process implementations and improvements for stakeholders throughout the business
  • Assist in training of new features to relevant users – document new features with our L&D team, build SOP documentation
  • Drive improvements and optimisations to ensure we are making best use of Salesforce and other internal tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Salesforce Admin experience – Lightning Experience, Sales and Service Cloud, SOQL, Process Builder, Flows, API integrations, DevOps Centre
  • Administrator certification - Advanced is a plus
  • Mulesoft experience is a plus
  • High level of comfort with technology and working knowledge of deployment processes
  • Experience of data management - our customer data must be kept secure as a first priority
  • Knowledge of Service and Sales best practices to guide business discussions. Business Analysis is part of the role
  • Comfortable working with many aspects of the business from Marketing to Client Success
  • Experience working in Agile environment with Jira, documentation of features in Confluence
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high growth, virtual environment
  • Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with all levels of staff
