At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. The RPA Lead will play a key role within the GoDaddy FDAT (Finance Data, Automation, and Technology) Department for building and leading a team to plan, support, implement and evangelize automation throughout the Company. This role is tasked to drive the adoption of automation solutions by articulating technology, value, and service offerings to both business and technical users. The right person will identify potential opportunities for automation develop, lead efforts to advocate for automation and execute automation strategy.

What you'll get to do...

  • Owns GoDaddy’s RPA Automation from end to end, including solution architecture, team management, maintenance and development
  • Handles and maintains 8 existing RPA automations on UiPath Orchestrator and Studio interfaces with the ability to efficiently troubleshoot common and sophisticated failures
  • Understands all the stages of the Automation journey, and leads team to qualify and quantify automation opportunities with business collaborators
  • Interacts with business partners to conduct high-level process assessments and use cases to support automation
  • Is responsible for all implementation/process development activities by the RPA team
  • Acts as an interface for stakeholder management and critical issues where appropriate
  • Anticipates, identifies, tracks, and resolves technical issues, risks, and opportunities affecting our automations
  • Understands and consistently applies current application development methodologies
  • Contributes to documentation and GoDaddy standards to develop skills and abilities further
  • Continues to encourage growth, education, and mentorship among the team and developers in RPA standard processes.

Your experience should include...

  • 7+ years of demonstrating responsibility in enterprise improvement roles
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement or process consultancy with exposure to digital transformation programs
  • Licenses: UiPath Automation Solution Architect Developer preferred
  • Experience in working as a senior business analyst for an RPA Automation Program
  • Sophisticated knowledge of RPA with hands-on implementation experience
  • Demonstrated experience successfully handling and implementing change in sophisticated organizations
  • Experience in leading a cross-disciplined team and working in a highly matrix environment across many different functions and IT leadership
  • Positive relationship building skills with a diversity of stakeholder types; demonstrated expertise with a client-centered approach to stakeholder engagement
