We are looking for a rockstar Research & Insights Specialist to join our Product Research team and help shape the future of Jeeves. The Jeeves Product Research team is dedicated to ensuring customer needs, behaviors, and pain points are at the core of key product development and strategic decisions, and provides actionable insights from users, markets, and competitive landscapes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with product managers, product designers, engineers, and data scientists, as part of a Product, Design, Strategy, M&A, or Corp Dev team.

Location: This role to be based out of Mexico City, Mexico, as a hybrid position where there is an opportunity to come into our office in Roma Norte on a flexible schedule. #LI-HYBRID

What you’ll do:

  • User research & discovery: Plan and conduct user research to gather insights about user behaviors, motivations, and pain points.
  • Market & competitive analysis: Research market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to present recommendations to inform our product roadmap.
  • Usability testing: Organize and facilitate usability tests for prototypes and live products, synthesizing findings into clear recommendations. Experience with Figma a plus!
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to help translate research insights into impactful product decisions.
  • Stakeholder communication: Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner, leveraging storytelling and data visualization to emphasize user needs and pain points.
  • Continuous improvement: Help refine team research processes and methodologies, fostering a user-centered culture within the organization.

Who you are:

  • You are fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese - Spanish is a plus.
  • You have demonstrable experience designing and executing user research for B2B products. Experience with B2B Fintech is a plus.
  • You have prior experience working at a startup, with demonstrable ability to adapt to fast-paced projects.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience partnering effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or relevant professional experience.
