Remote Staff or Principal Software Engineer (VTS Lease)

We're growing at an incredible pace and are looking for a Staff or Principal Engineer to join our growing VTS Lease product, engineering team. We're looking for a thought leader for our engineering team, motivated to help us rethink how we build software, drive those changes across engineering, and eager to continue growing and mentoring.
As part of our team, you’ll help us scale our business to meet the needs of our growing customer base and develop new products on the VTS platform. You'll be a critical part of our growing company, working on a cross-functional team to implement best practices and raising the bar in technology, architecture, and process. You’ll have the chance to work in an open and collaborative environment, receive and give hands-on mentorship and make a significant impact on our business’ next phase of growth.
To thrive in this role you will have technical experience across a range of disciplines, with more than one area of deep knowledge experience, while having a proven track record of working on large-scale, high availability, and fault-tolerant SaaS or consumer applications. You will also have served as a technical lead for large complex projects that span multiple teams and functions.  Furthermore, you will have led the technical roadmap for large business areas, while having the ability to internalize the best ideas from the organization and setting a vision that others are excited to get behind.
