We are recruiting junior/middle developers. He/She would join a greenfield project to build our new trading platform. The daily work content includes but doesn't limit to:
- join the full life cycle of software development, including requirement gathering, designing, coding, testing and deployment
- partner with Quant team to improve the effectiveness of trading models
- set up and maintain trading system infrastructure, with real position and orders

What We Are Looking for
- Proved track of record for great learning skills, love to solve challenging problems
- Core Java programming skills are a must
- Familiar with network and multi-thread programming, design pattern, and middleware
- Familiar with Linux/Unix and server side application development
- Experience with hedge/mutual fund, trading house, brokerage or investment banks are big bonus
- Business level read / written English. Fluent spoken English is bonus
