About the job
The IT Automation team is part of the Information Technology department, which is in charge of the information system organization and its evolution regarding the company’s needs and its strategy. Reporting to your engineering manager, you will be in charge of developing and maintaining technical solutions for the internal teams. Your main mission will be developing an Abuse Management Platform. The Abuse Platform enables security teams to gain visibility within the network and to react to abuse cases in an automated way. You will be responsible for improving the automated email parser, deploying and monitoring the platform, and developing tools to increase the performance of our abusive conduct supervision system. You will play a key part in the company's network notoriety.
Minimum qualifications
- Ability to develop in a multi-language context
- Experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience with API development, especially with gRPC protocol
- Experience with containerized applications
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Very good command of English
Preferred qualifications
- Ability to develop solution under a micro-services context
- Experience coding in Python
- Experience working with Git
- Demonstrated ability to develop solutions from scratch
- Passionate about the cloud ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Write product or microservice code
- Engage with internal teams to define what features are needed to increase misuse detection for our services and products
- Prioritize development actions according to project managers’ requests
- Create and maintain pipelines to deliver our solutions faster
- Define necessary actions for maintaining and improving these services
- Fix bugs impacting users’ ability to easily create, answer, and close a abuse report
This position can be either:
- Based in our offices in Paris or Lille, partial/full remote is possible (France)
