Project Manager, People Systems & Analytics

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is looking for a Project Manager to join our People Systems team. In this role, you will be a process optimization specialist responsible for maintaining the data integrity of our systems. You will partner with teams throughout the whole firm to improve business processes, and serve as an HCM systems expert for the People team. In addition, you’ll bring new ideas to the table, build standard operating procedures, and train the People team on relevant business processes. The ideal candidate for this role is a process and data nerd excited by the prospect of joining a technically-minded team!

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects for the People team while having a wholistic overview of the end results; ranging from job architecture to implementing processes and procedures to enable accurate data in our systems.
• Liaise with the Enterprise Technology team to assist in the review, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of HRIS system upgrades and configurations
• Collaborate with People Analytics to audit HR processes/procedures to ensure data integrity across all HR systems
• Optimize People processes such as onboarding and termination
• Create standard operating procedures for People teams and training guides for system functions, changes, and solutions
• Partner with People Partners (HRBPs) to manage headcount for the firm and adhere to position management best practices
• Serve as the Project Manager for major systems implementations to ensure the project is on track for launch dates and each stakeholder is aware of project progress
• Understand the impact of system configurations on downstream processes, teams, and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ project management experience for People/HR teams
• Previous experience working within Workday HCM as an administrator and keeping a pulse on updates as they are released
• Previous experience with organizational data/reporting preferred
• Previous experience creating reports in Workday preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus

Annual base salary range of $150,000 to $200,000. Pay (base and bonus) may vary depending on job-related skills and experience. A sign-on and discretionary performance bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to company-paid medical and/or other benefits.
