At DoorDash, we’re building the industry’s most scalable and reliable delivery network to support our three-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and dashers. As we continue to scale our engineering organization, our Engineering Enablement team is looking for a program manager who will support the strategy, operation, and content for effective onboarding of the DoorDash Engineering new hires with a focus on rapidly gaining expertise in our tools, development environment, and engineering culture as well as shipping a feature or a bug fix before joining their “home” engineering team.
The Engineering Enablement team’s mission is to empower DoorDash Engineering with programs and services that attract and enable top technical talent engaged in the best work of their career. We have an innate passion for trailblazing and driving creative solutions. The team acts as a trusted partner to our engineering leadership and recruiting teams, and our efforts directly contribute to building a scalable engineering organization that supports our company roadmap.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will elevate, lead and deliver our Engineering Bootcamp. You will work closely with Engineering leadership, cross functional partners and external vendors to execute a strategy that supports the three-week Engineering onboarding experience for all Engineers in DoorDash's flexible working environment. Based on your skill set and interests, you will also have an opportunity to learn new skills and help drive strategic projects.
You will report to the Director of Engineering Enablement under the Engineering organization. While our offices are open, we expect this role to be hybrid and based in San Francisco.

At DoorDash, our mission to empower local economies shapes how our team members move quickly, learn, and reiterate in order to make impactful decisions that display empathy for our range of users—from Dashers to merchant partners to consumers. We are a technology and logistics company that started with door-to-door delivery, and we are looking for team members who can help us go from a company that is known for delivering food to a company that people turn to for any and all goods.
DoorDash is growing rapidly and changing constantly, which gives our team members the opportunity to share their unique perspectives, solve new challenges, and own their careers. We're committed to supporting employees’ happiness, healthiness, and overall well-being by providing comprehensive benefits and perks including premium healthcare, wellness expense reimbursement, paid parental leave and more.
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
