Principal Architect - Technology Solutions
Perform application architecture design and delivery of technology solutions. Enhance existing applications to meet the needs of ongoing efforts within software platforms. Incorporate software and system architecture (e.g., infrastructure, network) into conceptual designs for highly scalable and performing solutions. Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards (e.g., solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, capital plans). Develop applications, functions, and processes in response to business requirements. Utilize numerous sources to obtain and build development skills. Use strong communication skills (written and verbal) to mentor Application Development staff in appropriate technologies as required. Conduct unit testing for development assignments. Work on and manage multiple tasks in addition to working and leading other developers. Work closely with project analysts to meet estimated production dates for client. Develop an understanding of software platforms and the credit card industry. Understand project development/management processes, methodology, and the impact of the project management metrics. Domestic travel required up to 10% of the time to client sites. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to Credera Enterprises Company, LLC, 3500 Lenox Rd NE, Unit 2000, Atlanta, GA 30326. Salary: $142,002 - $195,000 per year.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as Software Developer, Software Architect or any related occupation/position/job title involving software development and technology solutions.
Must also have experience in the following: 5 years of professional experience utilizing programming languages (including Java/J2EE, Oracle, JSP, and HTML); 5 years of professional experience delivering technology solutions using PEGA BPM, BRE, CDH, ADM, and Prediction Modelling; 5 years of professional experience performing gap analysis and customer’s business flows to provide strategy; 5 years of professional experience mentoring and training junior team members both onshore and offshore during day-to-day sprint activities; 5 years of professional experience coordinating with onshore and offshore development teams for functional and technical knowledge transfer, technical review of developed artifacts, status of project sprint delivery, tracking and supporting deployments, and post deployment validation of delivered assets for quality assurance; 5 years of professional experience validating solutions with Business Product Owners via working code demonstrations to ensure all business functional and technical requirements are met; 5 years of professional experience coordinating with testing teams to perform functional testing, support regression testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts; and 5 years of professional experience working on Level 3 Production Support activities to provide support for existing applications.

Hybrid Work Model:
Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our team members to spend 3 days per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office or at the client site. You'll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.
