Performance Analysis and Optimization Expert

What your job will look like:

• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of embedded real-time systems for autonomous driving applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop performance-critical features.
• Develop and utilize profiling tools and techniques to monitor and improve system performance.
• Develop and maintain performance benchmarks and test suites.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on performance-related issues.

All you need is:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in performance analysis and optimization of embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of Linux operating system and embedded software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with profiling tools and techniques (e.g., gprof, Valgrind, etc.).
• Ability to understand complex existing code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 8+ years of experience in embedded systems programming.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with hardware-software co-design and optimization.
• Knowledge of low-level system architecture and hardware interfaces.
• Familiarity with automated testing techniques for performance monitoring.
