Enable rich, multi-party real-time media experiences for our Creator Community as part of our nascent Real Time Communications team at Twitch.
As a Senior Software Engineer on the nascent Real Time Communications team, you will be part of the engineering group responsible for the development and operation of our global, interactive latency media data plane. You will work with your colleagues to design software and operate systems at the intersection of traditional internet broadcasting and low latency audio and video technologies. You will leverage your personal and technical strengths to support your team's successful execution of their plans. This role will require previous experience developing and operating a commercial RTC system at scale. You will report to the Director of Engineering - Real Time Communications.
This position is located in the San Francisco, Bay Area.
