MongoDB Database Administrator (DBA)

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain the MongoDB database architecture, including clusters, replica sets, and sharding
• Monitor database performance, receive database alarms, identify and solve performance bottlenecks and failures
• Collaborate with the development team to provide database design and optimization suggestions for new projects
• Write automation scripts and tools to automate common database management tasks
• Investigate and resolve database-related technical issues, provide emergency support and troubleshooting
• Follow the latest developments and best practices of MongoDB, continuously optimize database performance
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of some MySQL databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, priority in Computer Science or related field
• More than 3 years of MongoDB (mandatory), MySQL database management experience, familiar with MongoDB cluster deployment, performance optimization, and fault recovery
• Familiar with Linux operating system and Python programming
• Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively cooperate with the development team to solve technical problems
• Have self-learning ability and problem-solving ability, able to think independently and quickly adapt to new technologies and tools
