Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in the development of AI products.

You will also be responsible for:

• Build, extend, and fix AI services based on LLMs and other models.

• Write well-designed, testable, efficient services in Python (FastAPI, Pydantic).

• Integrate AI services with other services (Ruby monolith and other micro services, MLflow-serviced models, other APIs).

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle:

• Provide code reviews 

• Evaluate and propose improvements 

• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• Background in information systems, computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience as ML engineer or Data Scientist.

• Good Python programming skills and experience with NLP models.

• Good understanding of all building blocks of large web applications: databases, load balancers, application servers, message brokers, caching, monitoring, etc.

• Good understanding MLflow/Sagemaker or other way of model inference in productions.

• Good understanding of DB technologies: classic databases and vector DB.

• Ruby experience as a plus.
