As a Lead Solution Architect within the Builder Engagement Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our ecosystem builders can effectively leverage our suite of products. You will work with our world-class team of engineers, such as providing a white-glove on-boarding experience to the builders, investigating complex technical issues, working on the technical content of training, or sharing guidelines and best practices across the ecosystem.
Enabling Builders to use our products can also mean to build alongside them. You’ll get engaged in Agile teams to design the architecture of the missing pieces that will enhance their development experience and encourage them to advocate for our products.
