Your Responsibilities:
Work / Collaborate with various cross functional teams of Product Managers / Tech Leads / UX to to define, design, and ship new features
Provide architectural leadership in product development team, drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development
Participate in all phases of development, from design to implementation, unit testing, and release
You will continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Lead code reviews to drive teams to the highest standards & drive teams to follow clean code principles
Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards
Taking part in an Agile (Scrum or Kanban) team and maintaining the product backlog together with the Product Owner and the Engineering Manager.
Taking part in continuous improvement through sharing of knowledge and improvement points within the team
Write clean, maintainable code while rapidly iterating and shipping & unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
