About the Role:
As a Lead Software Engineer you’re expected to support a team of young and vibrant bunch of engineers by guiding them through our dev processes and best practices. You’re also expected to support existing functionalities and to build out new features which are part of the Development Roadmap.

What you’ll be doing:
          Understand business requirements and identify best approach to serve the requirement without risking system’s conceptual sanity.
          Ensure adoption and adherence of agreed upon coding practices within the team.
          Uphold the sanity and sanctity of owned systems.
          Apply knowledge of accepted design and architectural practices to evolve systems both in concept and in performance.
          Optimise flows within systems for better performance in response times and memory consumption.
          Tear down unused flows and concepts to make way for the new and evolved ones.
