The Junior UX Researcher is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by measuring the quality of the customer experience. The UX analyst identifies and manages critical behavioral and attitudinal metrics for their product team, and supports their UX counterparts in research activities, customer job identification, and prioritization of customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data on user experiences and enhancement opportunities
  • Track basic metrics like feature usage and satisfaction under supervision
  • Communicate analytical results to contribute to collaborative discussions
  • Assist with defining user goals and aligning them to key outcomes
  • Continuously develop skills in emerging UX analytics methods

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of UX research tools, metrics, and methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Interest in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative customer data

The base pay for this position ranges from $85,000-$100,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
