We are seeking a dynamic IT Operations Specialist to join our team. This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented individual who thrives at the intersection of technology and practical application. You will be responsible for enhancing our IT infrastructure, streamlining our onboarding processes, and ensuring the seamless operation of our critical systems. This is an entry-level role; we encourage applicants who have between 0-3 years of relevant experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee and manage our entire endpoint ecosystem, including procurement, provisioning, maintenance, and lifecycle management of employee laptops.
- Design and maintain robust network architectures across our flagship locations, care pods, and satellite offices, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Provide comprehensive A/V support for various company events, from regular meetings to large all-hands gatherings.
- Deliver responsive and empathetic helpdesk support, resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new clinical builds, contributing technical insights to expansion projects.
- Leverage data analytics to preemptively identify and address IT challenges, optimizing system performance and user satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience at a high-growth startup or large tech company in consulting, operations, project management, or IT
- Able to independently manage and prioritize workload
- Be empathetic, humble, and possess strong focus on customer service
- [preferred] Some exposure to Python or SQL
- [preferred] Experience with MDM, helpdesk, IT inventory management software
- [preferred] Experience with basic network engineering, particularly Meraki
