IT Operations Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Organize IT management within the company

   • Develop and implement policies in Role-Based Access Control

   • Organize “Service Desk” function inside remote organization

   • Develop and implement policies for onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

   • Prepare automatic user provisioning across services used inside the company

2. Maintain software and hardware compliance

   • Work with all departments across the organization during SOC2 and PSI-DSS audits

   • Implement solution for managing employee devices. (80% mac)

   • Develop and implement policies and solutions for Device Cleanup.

3. Budgeting for IT assets

   • Build asset management system for hardware and software

   • Monitor and optimize expenses for all IT assets.

   • Plan budget for all IT assets.

4. Organization Leadership: Prepare a vision for IT management within the entire organization

In this role you’ll need: 

• Proven experience in developing and implementing “Service Desk” processes with remote employees.

• Experience with access management using Attlassian stack (Jira/Confluence).

• Experience with user provisioning in Google Workspace

• Excellent understanding of automatization for all support processes with a focus on automatization.

• Experience with developing and implementation of asset management: licenses, hardware, etc

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation independently.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with automation in user provisioning and access management

• Experience with user provisioning with all our services - Gitlab, Zoom, Fellow, Hibob, Figma, Miro

• Successful SOC2 certification and PSI-DSS (user side) in previous experience

• Experience with MAC computers management within organization

• Proven background with OpenVPN automatic configuration

• Experience with developing and delivering security awareness training programs for employees across the organization.
