📍 Our offices are located in Paris, Lille, Toulouse, Bordeaux, and Lyon.

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our R&D team to explore and prototype new use cases at the intersection of machine learning and quantum computing.

Your mission will be to contribute to the development of experimental software prototypes in order to help assess the viability and relevance of quantum approaches for real-world cloud-native use cases.

We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.

You will be part of a small group (2–3 people) working part-time on quantum-related topics, embedded in the broader R&D team. The quantum computing initiative has been an ongoing exploratory project for about a year, and your contribution will help drive it forward.

- Design and develop software prototypes using Python and/or Go

- Explore hybrid quantum/classical ML algorithms (QML) and their potential applications

- Collaborate with quantum hardware and software partners (e.g., Quandela, AQT)

- Document your work and present technical results to the team

- Stay up-to-date with advances in quantum computing and machine learning

- Contribute to public-facing demos or frameworks when relevant

- Propose innovative ideas or alternative approaches

- Adapt quickly to a highly experimental and evolving environment
