Your Role at impact.com:
As an Integration Engineer I, you will develop a strong understanding of impact.com’s technology. You will support the design and implementation of technical solutions for clients on the company’s SaaS platform. In partnership with Onboarding, Client Success, and other internal teams, you will work directly with client business and technical stakeholders to guide them through the integration process, address technical questions, and promote best practices, ensuring clients go live efficiently and successfully.
What You'll Do:
- Stay current with impact.com’s platform capabilities, product enhancements, and relevant industry trends.
- Support the design and integration of technical solutions for new and existing clients.
- Lead technical discovery and solution discussions to understand client requirements and propose optimal solutions based on client objectives.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical integration documentation.
- Partner closely with the Onboarding team to deliver a seamless, efficient, and high-quality onboarding experience for clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during the client onboarding process.

- Foundational knowledge and some practical experience in utilizing web technologies including but not limited to HTML, JavaScript, SQL and REST APIs
- Good understanding of the process and challenges involved in the design and implementation of client solutions on SaaS platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Maths or related Science or Commerce discipline, or relevant work experience.
- Proven performance in an Integration Support, Sales Engineering, Software Development or related discipline, preferably in an external customer-facing capacity.
- 1-2 years working in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology focused company.
- Familiarity of affiliate and/or digital marketing industry preferred.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, plus additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. *This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
