Information Developer
Summary
Here at Appian, we’re passionate about building technology that helps our customers accomplish their goals with the Appian Platform. Information Developers at Appian are tasked with creating the most compelling content to help them. Information Development is part of our Product Enablement team, whose mission is to create content that helps all users, internal and external, achieve their goals with Appian products. As an Information Development Intern, you work with a team of passionate content creators and user advocates who create the content that not only support our customers and partners, but also help our Customer Success and Sales department be successful with Appian products. The Product Enablement team is involved from the inception of a feature or project to the adoption of it and the content we create is an integral part of the success of the product. We are looking for individuals who understand the importance of creating content that not only teaches but also highlights the value and impact of Appian.
As an intern, you will work closely with other Information Developers and Product Managers to create and update content for well-defined projects or features. You will get hands-on experience researching, outlining, and creating content using a docs-as-code approach to documentation, while being supported by a team of some of the best Information Developers. You’ll also learn how to advocate for end users in UX reviews and implement feedback from reviewers and key stakeholders.
