What You’ll Do:

  • Projects self-leadership;
  • Evaluating the performance of information architectures through analysis and research;
  • Improving the user experience, information architecture, navigation, and reducing fragmentation and discoverability issues;
  • Understand our customers' needs and mental models through UX research, market analysis, metrics, and feedback;
  • Work with UX Research, designers, and others to identify the best solutions to user problems in the content ecosystem;
  • Enhancing existing information architectures to be more interactive and digitally friendly;
  • Develop a taxonomy to apply metadata to content in order to better surface-up content according to the mental model of our users;
  • Design, develop, prototype, and test user site-wide navigation and information architecture models;
  • Design the information architecture, workflows, interface, prototypes, and interaction flow of the service and customer experiences.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Good active listening skills, the ability to empathize with customers, stakeholders;
  • Experience working using Agile methodology in a fast-paced environment;
  • Lead architecture meetings and technical discussions with the focus of reaching consensus and best practice solutions;
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done;
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Knowledge of storytelling principles and presentation techniques;
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting digital products;
  • Advanced English is Mandatory
