Performance tuning, online incident troubleshooting, system refactoring, and architecture design to ensure scalability and reliability of growth systems.
Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices. Mentor and develop junior engineers on the team.
8+ years of software development experience with a full lifecycle of backend system development. Strong foundation in Core Java, server-side technologies, and Spring frameworks. Deep knowledge of event processing, multi-threading, enterprise integration patterns, Web Services and REST architecture.
Extensive experience working on backend systems at large internet companies. Performance optimization experience with JVM, SQL, RPC, and system-level tuning.
Deep expertise in growth methodologies with hands-on experience in growth, user operations, or product roles. Strong data analysis and business acumen to drive growth initiatives from conception through execution.
Hands-on technical leadership with over 50% time spent writing code. Ability to mentor junior developers, establish technical standards, and build high-performing teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to influence across product, business, and operations teams. Preferred background at top-tier internet or Web3 companies.
Experience in AI applications and full-stack capabilities including frontend frameworks is a bonus.
