Growth Analyst II - Website

As a Growth Analyst for our Website team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in our online acquisition journey. You will be responsible for analyzing website data and metrics, generating insights and implementing AB tests to drive our website's growth. Working closely with different teams, you will design, execute, and analyze success metrics, always aiming to improve the user experience and achieve our business objectives. We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic person to join our team and help us drive the growth of our business.

What you’ll do

  • Identify website optimization opportunities through acquisition funnel data analysis and market research.
  • Deep dive into key metrics to assess website performance, as well as propose and implement corrective actions.
  • Create reports and presentations with data-based insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement optimization strategies to increase traffic, engagement and conversion.
  • Design and implement AB tests and other experiments to validate optimization hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to promote effective landing pages and user experience improvements.
  • Follow the company's macro strategy, deploying the necessary updates to the website, such as price updates, campaign launches, etc.

You’ll be great for this role if

  • Advanced analytical skills to draw up insights through tools like Excel (Advanced), Google Analytics (Advanced), Tableau (Basic) along with a meticulous approach to data interpretation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into understandable actions, data-oriented.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English - you will be part of a global team :)
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, motivation, teamwork, a practical approach, problem-solving mindset, focus and a desire for continuous learning.
  • Photoshop and Illustrator for effective collaboration with the design team.
  • Academic background and 2 years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, Administration, Economics or related fields (desirable).
