 About the job  

As a Global Manager Data Projects & Strategy, you’ll be instrumental in driving outcomes for our Data organization. You will build out special programs, such as helping teams see our cross-product AI and launch plans, and be responsible for building processes, end-to-end program plans, and post-program improvement across a variety of domains to enhance the teams efficiency.

 

What you'll do  

  • Ensure global consistency in reporting of BEES Data success metrics, adopting and sharing aligned definitions globally.
  • Be a trusted business advisor to the commercial and Engineering, Product, Design, Cloud teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams with regard to Business Intelligence (BI) and data strategy and deployments.
  • Lead communications and influence a range of audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Work on the priorities of BEES Data leadership and determine how best to solve the company’s biggest opportunities and most challenging problems.
  • Structure, launch, and drive strategy workstreams including developing hypotheses, designing work plans, conducting analysis (including financial models), analyzing market/competitive trends, assessing business drivers and operating metrics.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate findings to BEES leadership and the broader organization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align on recommendations, financial and headcount investments, launch plans, and enable a transition to long-term owners.
  • Be a culture-carrier for the team.

 

What you'll bring  

 

  • At least 3 years experience in a management consulting, banking, or project management capacity for an in-house strategy unit.
  • Experience working for a large technology organization.
  • Experience delivering large-scale projects and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and globally.
  • Ability to succeed in ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data analysis into simple communications.
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation design, teamwork, spreadsheet, and data processing tool skills.
  • Comfortable conveying complex ideas to a diverse audience
  • Interest in data platforms, data engineering, machine learning, and a general passion for Data & AI.
  • Technical degree a plus
  • Master's degree a plus
Pay Transparency:
Work Location: New York, NY
Salary: $153,000-$180,000
(Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.)
